Automotive Sales Consultant – Gladewater, Texas

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in their needs
• Guide buyers through the full sales process — discovery, product presentation, test drives, and closing
• Maintain consistent followup with leads, past customers, and unsold opportunities
• Communicate clearly and transparently about pricing, features, financing options, and inventory
• Stay knowledgeable on product lines, incentives, and competitive advantages
• Work closely with management and F&I to ensure smooth, efficient deal flow
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals with consistency and integrity

• Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but strong sales or customerfacing backgrounds are also welcome
