Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site / remote position based in St. Petersburg, FL. This role oversees end-to-end project delivery for EAM and IBM Maximo initiatives, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and field personnel to define project scope, track milestones, manage budgets, and ensure quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating expediting activities, monitoring logistics and inspections, preparing status reports, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to address issues and maintain project alignment. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement of project processes, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and contributing to successful long-term customer relationships. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, scope control, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, manage lead times, and ensure timely delivery of project components. Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to support quality checks, documentation reviews, and compliance with standards and regulations. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate shipments, site deliveries, and inventory tracking for project activities. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience managing technology or asset management projects, ideally involving IBM Maximo or EAM platforms. Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with reporting and documentation best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and time management. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, field trades, and client stakeholders in an on-site environment.
