SAP SD OTC Consultant

The SAP SD OTC Consultant will support business processes related to Order-to-Cash (OTC) by analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless system performance. The role involves working across SAP systems and integrated platforms to support high-volume transactions, production operations, and the creation of functional and technical specifications. The consultant will also provide production support and monitor integrations with external systems. Key Responsibilities Execute SAP performance tools including Runtime Analysis, Code Inspector, SQL Trace, and System Log. Analyze integrations with external systems such as MuleSoft and other SAP platforms including SAP BW and SAP HANA. Monitor integration loads, RFC queues, and system performance to ensure smooth operations. Provide production support for OTC-related processes and resolve system issues efficiently. Design technical solutions that function effectively in high transaction volume environments. Assess business scenarios and develop appropriate technical approaches to meet desired business outcomes. Draft detailed technical and functional work specifications to support development and configuration activities. Required Qualifications Experience working with SAP OTC processes and related technical tools. Ability to analyze performance issues using SAP analysis tools such as Runtime Analysis, Code Inspector, SQL Trace, and System Log. Understanding of integrations with external systems like MuleSoft and SAP systems such as SAP BW and SAP HANA. Experience in production support and issue resolution within SAP environments.
