Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge the mental and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.

• Evaluate individual clients' needs, preferences, and goals to create and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for individuals of all ages, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and other mental health concerns.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at improving relationship dynamics, enhancing communication, and resolving conflicts.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans based on ongoing client assessment and progress, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment modifications in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering support to clients experiencing acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve interacting with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing unique challenges that necessitate a tailored therapeutic approach. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the appropriate State Board.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and couples therapy, with proficiency in therapeutic methodologies specific to family dynamics and relational issues.

• Strong skills in clinical documentation, including the completion of assessments and treatment plans in a timely manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n
