Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ presenting problems, backgrounds, and treatment objectives, employing diagnostic tools and therapeutic interviews.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with client-specific needs and goals, adjusting strategies as part of an ongoing assessment process.

• Collaborate closely with clients to track their progress, providing continuous support and guidance as they navigate challenges and celebrate milestones in their journey towards recovery.

• Maintain absolute confidentiality and ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, including HIPAA requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
