Who you work with matters. We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to grow within the luxury real estate market in Orange County while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants proven systems, daily accountability, and the opportunity to build a successful business alongside experienced luxury real estate professionals.
You will learn how to generate opportunities, strengthen client communication, and build lasting relationships while working with buyers and sellers in the luxury market. Through consistent lead generation, follow-up, and real-world experience, you will continue developing the skills and confidence needed to provide exceptional client service and create steady production.
Working alongside experienced luxury real estate agents, you will gain exposure to high-end properties, listing presentations, negotiations, marketing strategies, and transaction management. With ongoing coaching, collaboration, and practical guidance, you will continue refining your approach while building a strong foundation for long-term success in luxury real estate.
With structured support, proven systems, and a focus on consistent execution, you will continue building momentum while growing a successful luxury real estate business in the Orange County market.

Compensation:$165,000+
Responsibilities:- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
