Role Description The Senior Account Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in the Seattle metropolitan area, WA, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of facility services clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting onsite and virtual client meetings, preparing proposals and pricing, and negotiating service agreements. The Senior Account Executive collaborates with operations teams to implement services, monitor performance, and resolve client issues in a timely manner. • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in facility services, building maintenance, or a related service industry.
• Strong skills in consultative selling, relationship building, and customer service to manage complex client accounts and support long-term partnerships.
• Ability to develop proposals, analyze pricing, and negotiate contracts with attention to detail and financial acumen.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with decision-makers at various organizational levels.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software, and ability to maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Self-directed work style, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the Seattle metropolitan area for client visits and site inspections.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
