• End Date: 04/05/2027
• Shift: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible)
• Hours/Week: 40 hours, 4-5 days/week
• Employment Type: Contract (26 weeks)
• Licensure/Certs: WI Medical License, IMLC/Compact licensure preferred; BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Experience: Residency or 1+ year clinical experience in primary care / geriatrics preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population of all ages, with a focus on geriatrics and patients with multiple comorbidities such as diabetes and heart disease
• Conduct standard primary care procedures, including chronic disease management and preventive care
• Support the clinic's efforts in managing complex cases, including multi-morbidity populations
• Collaborate with support staff (MA, LPN, RN) to deliver efficient patient care
• Participate in patient triage calls during business hours, supporting the Doctor of the Day program
• Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management

What You Need

• MD or DO licensed in Wisconsin (WI) or eligible via IMLC/compact licensure
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Experience with geriatrics or chronic disease management highly desired
