Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable hospitality professional to support overnight operations and provide outstanding guest service. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth transition between business days, maintain accurate financial records, and create a welcoming experience for guests during late-night and early-morning hours. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy. Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing transactions and reconciling reports. Review and verify guest accounts, payments, and charges for accuracy. Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries as needed. Respond to guest concerns and coordinate with appropriate team members to resolve issues. Prepare daily reports for management and support end-of-day accounting tasks. Monitor the front desk area and lobby to help maintain a safe and secure environment. Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the overall function of the property. Prepare Daily Report Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with cash handling and recordkeeping. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities during overnight shifts. Comfort using hotel management systems, spreadsheets, and standard office technology. Basic math skills and the ability to review financial information with confidence. Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering a positive guest experience.
