We are currently seeking to add experienced Sr. Directors of Trial Management or an Executive Director, Clinical Trial Management to our teams in Cincinnati, Dallas or Denver. We offer a very competitive salary/bonus program, plus equity grants which have become very lucrative for our associates.ResponsibilitiesManage and provide accountability for day-to-day operations of the project, as defined by the contract and according to ICH/GCP and all other applicable laws, rules, and regulationsServe as primary Sponsor contact for operational project-specific issues and study deliverablesMaintain in depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indicationProvide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and deliverables, which includes ensuring all necessary project-specific training is providedReview and provide input for study protocol, edit check specifications, data analysis plan, and final study report, when applicableDevelop operational project plansManage risk assessment and executionResponsible for management of study vendorManage site quality, including direct supervision of project Clinical Research Associates and monitoring deliverablesQualificationsMinimum of a Bachelors degree, but preferrably a Masters or PhD in life sciences/medical field;Experience in successfully leading international CRO Project Management or Clinical Trial Management teams; andPrevious experience and proven ability to lead and motivate staff, think strategically, and execute organizational strategyMedpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) providing phase l-lV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
