About the Role This is a Full-Time role with compensation ranging: $70000 to $100000+ per year plus uncapped commissions. Top performers: $200000+ annually. We are looking for a driven, disciplined, and competitive Sales Consultants who can control conversations, build trust quickly, and close decisively. This is a performance-based role built for individuals who want income growth, authority, and real responsibility. You do not need prior solar or sales experience to succeed here. What matters is your ability to learn fast, execute consistently, and take control of your outcomes. Your success is measured by execution, accuracy, and results.
