Senior Business Operations Coordinator

Supporting the Optum Behavioral Health team, the full-time Senior Business Operations Coordinator will schedule clinical peer reviews and manage psychological testing requests while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S. Key responsibilities: Schedule clinical peer reviews using telephone and electronic calendars for a team of psychologists and physicians Route psychological testing requests and create administrative authorizations within compliance turnaround times Engage with providers and their administrative staff to ensure timely scheduling while navigating various time zones Required qualifications: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience in an office environment using telephone and computer systems Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone and manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new computer systems Ability to work an 8-hour shift during normal business hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST, Monday - Friday
