Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake and psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients' needs and backgrounds.

• Participate actively in clinical case conferences, contributing to interdisciplinary discussions, and enhancing the quality of care provided.

• Deliver educational lectures specifically focused on chemical dependency, addressing prevention and intervention strategies to clients and the community.

• Provide both individual and group counseling services centered around chemical dependency, utilizing therapeutic techniques that promote recovery and personal growth.

• Coordinate case management services to connect clients with appropriate resources and referrals, ensuring comprehensive support throughout their treatment journey.

The clientele you will serve encompasses a diverse range of individuals experiencing mental health challenges, chemical dependencies, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required for this position.

• Possession of an active and current Pennsylvania State Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a clinical or mental health setting, demonstrating the ability to address various mental health concerns.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Compensation and Benefits\n
