Position Overview

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide clinical leadership, conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise ABA staff, and support children in achieving meaningful progress through evidence-based behavioral intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support ABA Therapists and Interventionists
• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Analyze data and adjust programming using evidence-based ABA practices
• Provide caregiver training and family support
• Collaborate with staff, families, and fellow BCBAs
• Support staff development and program growth initiatives

Work Environment

• School-based setting serving young children
• Focus on improving functional communication, adaptive behaviors, and social skills
• Collaborative clinical team with ongoing support
• Average caseload of 10-12 students

Qualifications

Required

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through BACB
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Teaching, or a related field
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred

• Experience working with young children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Experience developing and implementing ABA programs and behavior intervention plans

Additional Requirements

• Current CPR Certification (if applicable)
• TB Screening, PPD, or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
• Current Health Certificate (per contract or state requirements)
