This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and high service standards. The Account Manager will also support staffing, inspections, and operational execution to ensure long-term client retention and growth. Schedule: This role requires a flexible schedule to support evening operations, typically working either 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM. Occasional daytime availability may be needed for client meetings and onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned client accounts Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits Conduct routine quality control inspections during evening service hours Address and resolve client concerns within a timely manner Coordinate onboarding of new accounts, including walkthroughs, key collection, and service setup Manage and support cleaning staff and subcontractors across assigned accounts Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new cleaners as needed Ensure proper staffing coverage for all scheduled services Monitor service performance and implement improvements where needed Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, client interactions, and service updates Support monthly and quarterly client meetings and reporting Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and account growth opportunities Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in account management, operations, or service-based industries Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Problem-solver with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Ability to work evening hours consistently Experience in janitorial, facilities management, or service industry preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 annually Health insurance included Gas stipend provided Performance-based bonus opportunities Eligibility for expanded benefits package after 6 months Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding multi-market organization What Success Looks Like: High client retention and satisfaction across all assigned accounts Consistent service quality with minimal issues or complaints Strong team stability and staffing coverage Proactive communication and ownership of all assigned accounts Why Join Us: At 360clean, we are building a best-in-class commercial cleaning organization with a focus on systems, people, and long-term growth.
