Resident Assistant

Resident AssistantJob Duties include:Completion of all tasks related to resident care and unit operation Encouraging resident's independence and participation in social activities Observing and reporting changes in resident's conditions Providing compassionate services and guidance to the residents Provides daily personal hygiene and care Charts electronically and on sheets (as needed) at appropriate times and at completion of tasks Ensures all supplies are adequately accounted for and maintains charge book as directed. Accounts for all items used by residents.Requirements:Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.Licensure: NoneExperience: 6 months in relevant fieldFull-time employee benefits include: 401k with up to 4% employer contribution Health, dental, vision and life insurance as well as Flexible Spending Account Generous paid time off package and opportunity for PTO buy back Employee Assistance Program and tuition reimbursement
