Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Archdale, NC

Pay Range: $14/hr

Shift: 1st Shift: 6am-4:30pm M-TH, some OT on Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform various tasks involved with assembling components and sub-assemblies
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure quality
• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and testing of assembled products
• Read, interpret, and follow mechanical assembly drawings and documentation
• Maintain line efficiency and work pace according to operating standards

What's Needed?

• Good manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools and operate machinery
• Ability to lift 20-25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Ability to maneuver up to 50 lbs and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary and maintain a safe work environment
