Roof Service Providers is looking for a motivated, dependable Roofing Technical Representative to join our growing team.

This is a field-based position working directly with our sales and estimating team to inspect roofs, identify roofing deficiencies, gather measurements, and provide the information needed to prepare accurate roofing proposals.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial and residential roof inspections.
• Identify roof leaks, damage, deterioration, and maintenance needs.
• Take accurate roof measurements, photographs, and field notes.
• Determine material quantities and estimated labor requirements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommended scopes of work.
• Assist the sales team with estimates and proposal preparation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and property managers.
• Maintain organized project documentation and inspection records.

Qualifications

• Roofing or general construction experience preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, coatings, and shingles, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, mobile applications, and measuring tools.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and walk roofing surfaces.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.
