Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience
• Family law, matrimonial, litigation, or related legal experience strongly preferred but not needed
• Strong drafting, organizational, and document management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials
• Manage case files from intake through resolution
• Assist attorneys with matrimonial, family law, and general litigation matters
• Coordinate filings with courts and administrative agencies
• Organize, analyze, and summarize case documents and records
• Prepare trial, mediation, and hearing materials
• Conduct legal and factual research
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors
• Maintain calendars, deadlines, and case management systems
