Priority skills (New!):
Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, performance analytics, and data extracts to support operational and management reporting.
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and executive-level reporting using ServiceNow and other enterprise data sources.
Build data models, measures, KPIs, and visualizations that provide actionable insights into operational performance, compliance, service health, and engineering effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to use automation, scripting, APIs, and workflow technologies to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Automate recurring reporting activities, data collection, validation, distribution, and notification processes.
Partner with engineering, operations, security, service management, and leadership teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into measurable KPIs.
Experience developing automated reporting solutions using technologies such as Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, or similar automation frameworks
Secondary skills:
Experience supporting, using technology Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune
Medium level of knowledge and experience with Apple MacOS Support and Troubleshooting
Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents based on log data
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement
Troubleshooting methodology skills
Must be able to document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately
Experience with change management concepts, tools and implementations preferred
