Community Health Worker (CCHW) – Remote (Florida Only) Pay: $23/hour | Full-Time Must reside in Florida We’re hiring an empathetic, self-directed Certified Community Health Worker (CCHW) to support Medicare patients in a fast-paced, growing program. This role is 90% remote with 2–3 local site visits per month (expenses reimbursed).
