VP of Project Finance

The Green Recruitment Company is conducting a confidential search for a Vice President of Project Finance on behalf of a leading renewable energy IPP.
Due to the confidential nature of the mandate, the company name and additional identifying details are being withheld . We have signed an NDA with the client and are currently working with them to assess the market and identify experienced Project Finance professionals who may be open to exploring a new opportunity.
The Opportunity
This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Project Finance professional to play a key role in financing and executing a growing portfolio of renewable energy projects. The VP will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across development, investments, legal, accounting, and commercial functions.
Ideal Background
The client is interested in speaking with professionals who have:
10+ years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Energy Finance, or a related field
Strong experience executing renewable energy or infrastructure financings
A strong understanding of project finance structures, debt, tax equity, and/or structured capital
Experience managing transactions from initial structuring through financial close
Experience working directly with lenders and other capital providers
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
A track record of operating effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
