Key Responsibilities: As a Human Resources Associate, your duties will include: ADP Workforce Now Utilization : Regularly use ADP Workforce Now for payroll, benefits administration, and reporting. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred. Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including using ADP Workforce Now to maintain employee records. Reporting Tools and HRIS : Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS systems to generate reports and maintain accurate records. Documentation Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. Referral of Complex Questions : Refer more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management. File Integrity and Confidentiality : Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. File Audits : Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. New Hire Orientation : Assist with the new hire orientation process, including onboarding tasks in ADP Workforce Now. Special Event Assistance : Assist with the planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations. Scheduling : Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the HR manager. Additional Duties : Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: Experience with ADP Workforce Now : Strongly preferred experience using ADP Workforce Now (sometimes referred to as ADP WorkforceNow) for payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS reporting. Spanish-Speaking Bilingual : Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Detail-Oriented in a Fast-Paced Environment : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Organizational and Communication Skills : Must possess strong organizational and communication skills. Approachability and Customer Service : Approachable with exceptional customer service skills, both internally and externally. Time Management : Ability to manage time effectively. Trustworthiness : Must demonstrate a high degree of trustworthiness in handling confidential and sensitive information. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Software : Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Commute/Relocation : Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
