Commercial Lines Account Manager (Bilingual)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the independent insurance industry. This role requires expertise in managing relationships with standard P&C and excess & surplus carriers and delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in a wide range of industries. Manage accounts with a focus on company retention. Service items will include endorsements, audits, inspections, renewals, rewrites, certificates of insurance, and service items. Work closely with excess and surplus carriers to negotiate terms and secure competitive coverage for our clients. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze client needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Educate clients on coverages and help manage their risk. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities within the commercial market. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all account management activities. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Commercial Account Manager within the independent insurance industry. 5+ years of commercial specific experience preferred Knowledge P&C, with excess and surplus lines. Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and carriers. Adept at negotiating and influencing to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the company. Solid understanding of commercial insurance products, underwriting processes, and legal regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using industry-related software and technology.
