Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Chicago, IL. This technician will provide support for a variety of IT issues. This role will perform software installation, phone updates and configurations, PC set ups etc.Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of desktop support experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsMust be organized and able to prioritizeWage Range: The rate for this position is between $21.62 - $28.82 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher.
