Senior People Operations Specialist

Supporting the operational backbone of the employee experience, the full-time Senior People Operations Specialist will manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS management while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation Administer employee benefits programs, including open enrollment and leave administration Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or HR Administration Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now or Deel Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel for handling large data sets Experience supporting a distributed or global workforce is preferred
