Our Servers Are Awesome at telling stories about local farmers, ideas, or concepts (farm to table, repurposing, locally sourcing, cooking techniques, craft cocktail techniques) as well as informing our guests of our broad range of specialized products. Our most successful badasses are engaging, stimulating communicators, poised and capable of projecting enthusiasm and warmth, and love interacting and motivating other people. Confident and persuasive in guiding the guest experience towards specific goals to enhance the guest experience. Eager to create a desired experience by utilizing persuasion, not pressure, to craft a memorable guest visit. Flexible and adaptable, our servers rely on their ability to think on their feet. This flexibility is important for the fast pace of our restaurants. However, they must also demonstrate thoughtfulness in making a distinct plan to achieve goals. They must have a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and competitive drive to get things done, with an emphasis on working with and through people in the process.
