Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Press Brake Operator to join our growing fabrication team. This position is ideal for an experienced operator or someone with steel fabrication experience who is eager to learn and grow in a hands-on shop environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form steel components
• Work with experienced team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Assist in other areas of the shop as needed, including laser and punch operations
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing required
• Press brake experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus (training available if needed)

Schedule

• Day Shift: 9–10 hour shifts
• Monday through Friday
• Overtime available
• Optional weekend work
