Brake Press Operator

Shift: Sunday-Wednesday OR Wednesday-Saturday Shift Time: 5:00am - 3:30pm for both options Pay Rate: $20 Location: Glenshaw, PA Join a dynamic manufacturing team dedicated to creating innovative architectural products that enhance public spaces worldwide. Required Skills:

• Proven experience reading technical drawings and selecting appropriate tooling
• Ability to produce parts within tight tolerances for assembly
• Experience operating brake presses, CNC machines, or other heavy machinery
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to use both hands to control equipment and handle materials
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Competency in basic computer navigation and data entry
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours daily and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

• Programming experience with CNC or hydraulic brake presses
• Experience performing spot inspections and quality checks
• Familiarity with adjusting equipment to optimize production flow

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in manufacturing or metal forming role

• Ability to work one of two shifts: Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday, from 5am to 3:30pm
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of safety and quality
• Willingness to adapt to production needs and participate in ongoing training
