Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic individual to oversee daily operations and ensure excellence across our team. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback
Implement and enforce company policies
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
Prepare performance reports for management review
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure
Basic knowledge of budgeting and labor cost management
