Great American RV is looking for a dynamic RV Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. This position demands exceptional leadership, communication, analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of sales principles and strategies.

Train, and inspire a high-performing team of RV Sales Specialists to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Manage daily sales operations, pipeline activity, desk deals, and work directly with customers to close sales. Ensure every guest receives an extraordinary customer journey from initial walk-in to final walkthrough and delivery. Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows to increase brand awareness. Collaborate with inventory and finance management to ensure optimal stock presentation, pricing strategy, and streamlined buyer financing options. Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations in sales practices. 3+ years of successful sales management experience (RV, Automotive, Marine, or Powersports dealership experience strongly preferred).Demonstrated success in closing deals, managing sales pipelines, and coaching sales reps to reach quota.Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and team-building skills.Passion for delivering top-tier customer service and building long-term community relationships.Comfortable using CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and modern dealership inventory platforms.Estimated compensation package of $150,000+ (performance-based bonuses and incentives).Continuous training and education from management to ensure your long-term success.Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w/ match).Off Every Sunday!
