We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Customer Marketing Associate role to ensure the scaling of Harri's customer marketing engine and establishing our existing client base as our most powerful growth lever. You will serve as an owner of the end-to-end execution of our back-to-base motion and a trusted cross-functional partner across Sales, GTM, and Customer Success, playing a key role in turning customer success into a predictable pipeline through strategic advocacy and expansion campaigns. What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for balancing creative storytelling with data-driven optimization, transforming raw customer insights into actionable assets that resonate across the enterprise market. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Advocacy & Case Study Program: Own the day-to-day management of the customer story calendar, ensuring a steady cadence of high-performing assets including case studies, testimonials, and whitepapers. Source candidates and manage the full review cycle for content, ensuring every piece is aligned with our growth narrative and brand guidelines. Expansion & Pipeline Campaigns: Execute back-to-base and expansion (CS/upsell) campaigns in partnership with the Director of the team to drive revenue within the existing customer base. Partner across Sales, GTM and Customer Success to develop high-impact collateral that directly addresses customer pain points and supports the PQL-to-CS/AE handoff. Work with Creative and Video for expansion campaign assets. AI-Powered Content Creation: Implement AI workflows to streamline the drafting and editing of customer-facing content without sacrificing human-led insight or brand consistency. Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy for all content, whether written internally or generated with AI assistance. Measurement & Reporting: Track and report on cross-sell/upsell campaign performance and pipeline contribution. Use data to optimize content for discovery and engagement within the enterprise community. More About You: What Can You Bring? We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and comfortable working cross-functionally with a proven track record of operating effectively within an "AI-First" marketing model, utilizing tools like ChatGPT or Claude to accelerate production. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess: 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in marketing or a customer-facing role. Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience. Strong writing skills - this role lives on the quality of customer stories it produces. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization. Ability to operate effectively within an "AI-First" marketing model, utilizing tools like ChatGPT or Claude to accelerate production. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and tracking ROI of marketing efforts. Experience working in a cross-functional, team-based globally distributed environment. Experience or familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, AI Writing Assistants, Google Analytics 4, and Project Management tools. When and Where You'll Be Doing It This is a full time position based out of our New York office. The salary range for this position is $67,000-$75,000 (USD). What Will You Get in Return?
