Overview Phlebotomist III Site Lead - Kansas City, MO Hours: Monday, Tuesday 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Wednesday to Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotational weekends; 8-10-hour shifts; hours vary by site. Travel is required for this position. Responsibilities The PSR III - Site Lead represents the face of the company to patients, draws quality blood samples for lab testing, and prepares specimens following established procedures. They direct daily activity at a Patient Service Center (PSC) or In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP) and may lead more than one PSR on site. They can provide coverage at multiple locations and ensure daily activities are completed accurately and on time. They demonstrate Quest Leadership Behaviors with a focus on process excellence and confidentiality. They may work in doctor’s offices, PSCs, house calls, long-term care, or other sites as needed. They may step in for a PSR II and lead on-site staff; coach, mentor, or onboard new employees; and serve as a point of contact to on-site staff, providing input to the group lead or supervisor. They may work with high-complexity or high-volume practices requiring advanced phlebotomy skills and strong customer-facing, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Laboratory Testing Services, IT, Billing, Logistics). Responsibilities also include managing multiple priorities in a high-volume setting. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $21.24+ per hour Salary offers consider relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and market/organizational factors.
