Duration – 4+ months contract position, with the possibility of extension Shift Time – Mon – Fri ***Onsite Position*** Job Summary: Provide administrative and clerical support for the Boiler & Pressure Vessel Program (BPV) Duties and Responsibilities: Provides administrative and clerical support for BPV. Duties include telephone coverage (answering and routing calls), processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, and handling program-related documents. Responsibilities include processing Certificate of Inspection fees, printing and mailing certificates, invoices, notices of violation, preparing and sending license renewals, as well as scanning, filing and maintaining records. Additional administrative tasks may be assigned as needed to support the Division's operations. Skills Required: Customer Service Ability to multi task and prioritize Dependable Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word Company Overview: Infojini Consulting is a Staffing and Recruitment company and incorporated in Baltimore, MD.
