SAP Project ManagerLocation: La Verne, CA (ZIP: 91750) Start Date: Immediate Type: Contract Work Mode: Onsite (Local candidates only)We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Upgrade Project Manager to lead a high-impact SAP upgrade project for our client in the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects, preferably in regulated industries like pharma, ensuring compliance with GxP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for SAP upgrade initiatives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure seamless integration and compliance.Drive risk management, change control, and issue resolution for upgrade projects.Ensure all project deliverables meet regulatory and quality requirements, including GxP compliance and validation protocols.Communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to executive stakeholders.Collaborate with vendors and system integrators for technical upgrade execution.Oversee test planning, execution, and validation documentation in line with FDA and GMP regulations.Required Skills & Experience:10+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager, with specific focus on SAP S/4HANA upgrades.Proven track record of managing at least 5 SAP upgrade projects in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.Strong understanding of GxP, FDA validation, and CSV (Computer System Validation) processes.Experience in SAP modules relevant to manufacturing and supply chain (PP, MM, WM, QM).Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira).Exceptional stakeholder communication, team leadership, and vendor management skills.Ability to manage budget, scope, and timelines under strict compliance standards.PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is highly desirable.Nice to Have:Experience with Pharma serialization, SAP ATTP, or other compliance-related modules.Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and electronic records/e-signature requirements.
