The Sandwich Maker plays a vital role in a high-paced kitchen environment, preparing custom and routine sandwiches with attention to quality and detail. Working within a medium-sized team of 4-7 members, this position reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and focuses on food preparation, ingredient assembly, and maintaining sanitation standards to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to orders
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Maintain quality control throughout the preparation process
• Adhere to sanitation and food safety procedures
• Manage inventory to support continuous operations
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces
• Properly store food items to preserve freshness

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Proficient knife skills
• Experience with sanitation procedures
