Senior Manager, MedTech SCT Surgery Plan Leader

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Surgery Planning technology portfolio, overseeing demand, supply, production, and network planning systems. This role combines product strategy, team leadership, and operational delivery across an integrated ecosystem of planning applications and data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead Surgery Plan product team, define objectives and priorities, coach team members on capability development and succession planning
- Establish governance, portfolio routines, metrics, and release planning practices in partnership with stakeholders
- Develop product strategy and roadmap aligned with Surgery Supply Chain business needs and priorities
- Direct projects and releases across scope, schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and benefits realization
- Oversee operational reliability, service performance, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive technology, digital, supply chain, or enterprise systems experience in global organization
- 7+ years of people leadership experience managing managers, matrixed teams, and global partners
- Deep knowledge of supply chain planning processes including demand, supply, and network planning
- Experience delivering enterprise planning platforms, ERP interfaces, data platforms, and analytics ecosystems
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management across organizational levels
- Financial acumen for budgeting, vendor management, and business case development
