At Autism 360 , we're looking for energetic, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team in a role that's a little different from the typical RBT position.

✨ You'll get the best of both worlds: center-based AND in-home ABA.

You'll have the team, camaraderie, training, and BCBA support that comes with working in a center—while also helping us bring quality ABA services directly to learners and families in their homes.

+ What Does "Center + In-Home" Actually Mean?

Your workday may include both center-based and in-home sessions.

For example, you might:

Start your day at the center → finish with a learner in their home

OR

Start with an in-home client → finish your day back at the center

The goal is simple: give our learners the support they need where they need it —without RBTs feeling like they're out there on an island.

You'll still be part of the Autism 360 team.

That means access to your BCBA, ongoing training and coaching, collaboration with other RBTs, and the team environment and friendships that come with being connected to a center.

It's the flexibility and real-world experience of in-home ABA without giving up the support system of center-based care.

What Your Day Looks Like

No two sessions are exactly alike—and that's part of the fun.

You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism while helping them build communication, social, play, independence, and everyday living skills.

With support from your BCBA, you'll:

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy in both center and home settings

• Help learners build communication, social, play, and daily living skills

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by your BCBA

• Collect and enter session data electronically in Central Reach

• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs and fellow RBTs

• Support learners in their natural home environment

• Help children build confidence and independence

• Celebrate the little wins that turn into BIG milestones

You'll work hard—but you'll also play, laugh, move around, get on the floor, be silly when the moment calls for it, and probably hear the same favorite song more times than you can count.

⏰ The Schedule

This position works Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Because you'll support both center-based and in-home learners, your location may change during your shift. You may begin at the center and finish at a client's home, or begin with an in-home client and finish your day at the center. Reliable transportation between the center and client's home is required.

You're the person who shows up, brings good energy, takes feedback well, and genuinely enjoys working with kids.

You're comfortable switching things up—maybe working at the center for part of your day and heading to a learner's home for another session.

You also want some independence without losing your team.

The Must-Haves

• ✅ Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification — REQUIRED

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between the center and client homes

• Availability to work 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday

• + Comfortable providing services in both center and in-home settings

• Comfortable working one-on-one with children with autism

• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, walk, run when necessary, and lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings

Not currently an RBT? This particular opening won't be the right fit—we're specifically looking for candidates who already hold an active RBT certification.
