Schedule

8-hour shifts; need to work first or second shift with weekend and holiday coverage. Scheduled days of the week include Friday, Monday, Saturday, Sunday, Thursday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 32 Weekly Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Graduate of an education program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) required
• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited college or appropriate military training
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting required
• Currently registered as R.T.(R)(ARRT) or registry-eligible with R.T.(R)(ARRT) within 6 months of hire required
• Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to maintain confidential information

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as directed
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care
• Document and maintain accurate patient records
• Provide patient education regarding procedures and care
