Polish Customer Care Advisor

On behalf of our client, a globally recognized innovator in premium home technology solution, we are looking for a Polish Customer Support Representative. Our client designs and delivers high-performance products that improve everyday living in millions of households worldwide.

As part of their growing customer experience team, you will play a vital role in ensuring top-tier support for Polish-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related inquiries.
• Accurately log interactions and ensure follow-up is timely and effective.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish and good command of English (spoken and written).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with technology and remote tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €1,100 gross/month + 2 extra salaries per year = 14 payments annually*

*This means you’ll earn a total of €15400 gross per year , with two additional paychecks paid in three installments : ( Half before Easter, Half before summer, & One full salary before the end of the year ).
