What You'll Do

• Generate, review, and process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify pricing, billing details, payment terms, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile invoices against sales orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues while working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure invoices are processed promptly by following up on approvals and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Create, manage, and maintain Excel reports and automated spreadsheets.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Support month-end and reporting activities as needed.
• Assist with document retention, scanning, and record management.
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service regarding invoicing inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Invoicing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes and accounts receivable functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
