Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, tailoring interventions to their specific needs.

• Develop customized treatment plans through collaborative discussions with clients, ensuring alignment with their individual goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support effective treatment and foster client progress.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor clients’ progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed, employing a responsive approach to care that highlights goal achievement.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our therapy practices.

Qualifications\n
