FMLA & Parental Leave Specialist — Telework Eligible

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks an experienced FMLA Specialist to administer FMLA and Parental Leave programs for HHSC and DSHS. You will review documentation, provide guidance to managers and staff, and ensure compliance with federal/state laws and HR policies. This role requires strong analytical thinking, confidentiality, and excellent communication.
