- Ensure all food is stored, prepared, and cooked according to recipes and safe food handling guidelines.
- Work as a team member, to ensure a positive work environment.
- Strive for excellence in execution of all duties assigned.
- Respond to supervisor and guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
- Cleaning station at the end of each shift to company standards.
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant. (fine dining experience preferred)
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 30+lbs
- Ability to work standing for a 8+ hours.
- Family style meal provided each night
- Paid time off after 1 year
- 50% off dine in food
