Qualifications Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required. 7+ years of project management experience, including managing large‑scale software implementation projects, multiple projects or programs, projects across multiple technologies and functions, and documenting technical and business requirement specifications. Extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques. Understanding of complex web‑based computer applications and ability to guide programming staff through projects. Ability to document business and technical requirements and processes in a clear, usable format for other technical staff.
