The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for Full-Time Supervisory Program Management Specialist (NH-0301-04) to work at Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the 448th Supply Chain Management Wing (448 SCMW) at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Apply Now! 2026 Salary Range: $125,776-$192,331 including locality pay Posting Open: 28 May 26 Posting Close: 04 June 26 Who May Apply: current Department of War (DoW) Federal Employees within the 448 SCMW The primary purpose of this position is the Servicing Flight will promote operational efficiencies and streamline sourcing processes consistent with and in support of the 448th SCMW's sourcing initiatives and goals. The flight will enable and support the development, implementation and maintenance of a standardized Purchase Instrument (PI) process and provide PI processing support in current/future systems to enable the delivery of an executable PI to contracting. Fully support the transition to the Purchase Request Process System (PRPS) and provide follow-on operational systems support to functional users. Manage and execute the Spare Parts Breakout Program, Spares Bidset Development and performs related technical data management functions. Determine and analyze available technical data required to support procurement of spares and build Spares Bidsets for use in competitive spares contracting solicitations. Duty #1 - Exercises 2nd level (or higher) technical and administrative supervisory personnel management responsibilities for 25% or more during duty time over subordinate employees predominantly in the General Administrative, Clerical, and Office Services Group and journey level or higher. Duty #2 - Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the organization, ensuring that logistics management related operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Duty #3 - Participates in special logistics related operation projects and initiatives and performs special assignments. Duty #4 - Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Requirements: - The work requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance. Recruitment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 1. Mastery knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve problems; and all aspects of support. 2. Ability to plan, organize, and direct, mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of a medium-to-large organization. 3. Extensive knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures. 4. Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, and leading members as a cooperative team. 5. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors. 6. Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization.
