Multi-Site Business Office Manager

Position Overview CareCore Health is seeking an experienced and driven Multi-Site Business Office Manager (BOM) to support two of our Cincinnati-area skilled nursing facilities. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations across both locations. If you’re detail-oriented, strong with systems, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we’d love to connect. Responsibilities Oversee business office operations for two facilities. Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable. Ensure accurate Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing processes. Supervise and support business office staff at both locations. Handle resident trust accounts and financial records. Collaborate with Administrators and corporate teams on financial performance. Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations. Requirements Previous Business Office Manager experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required. Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing. Experience with AR management and collections. Familiarity with systems such as PointClickCare preferred. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
