The Client is a local, Center City, Philadelphia company formed in 1984 as a quality commercial painting and wallcovering contractor. Since then, The Client has made its mark in the industry, becoming one of the larger contractors in the area. Currently we are seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to join our team.

The right candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Ability to review plans and architectural drawings.

• Prepare estimates and cost proposals using Plan Swift software.

• Capacity to follow up on bids, while developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients.

• Ability to prepare submittal packages, budgets, & closeout documents

The right candidate should also retain the following skill sets:

• Ability to work with a team.

• Have strong time management skills.

• Be able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.

• Be self-motivated and organized.

• Have effective written and oral communication skills.

Other Estimator/Project Manager duties include:

Develop RFI’s (Request for Information) and document clarifications.

• Attend on site Project Meeting

• Convey complete project estimate and scope to Field Project Team.

Minimum education requirements:

Associate degree preferably in Construction Engineering or Management.
