This includes managing individual contributors, middle management in WA, ID & AK, and conducting monthly check-ins throughout the region. Some of the key responsibilities include:Overseeing 2 Sales Managers each managing about 10 peopleSupervising one Sales Trainer and one Key Account Manager/Service ManagerManaging a team of 24 sales peopleBeing accountable for the performance, coaching, and mentoring of teams across each stateMaintaining repeat business with a steady year over year growthReporting to a Branch Manager locallyConducting team talksProviding frequent communication to all regional leaders, as well as corporate partnersQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field10+ years of experience in sales management with strong coaching skillsExperience managing sales within a standard process & sales methodology that can be taught to both sales representatives and middle managersExperience managing profit and lossNo more than 3 jobs in 10 years
