Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join an established employee health and primary care clinic serving employees and their dependents ages 2 and older.

• Outpatient-only practice
• Average patient volume of 10-12 patients per day
• Opportunity to provide both primary care and occupational health services
• Collaborative, patient-focused environment

• Provide comprehensive primary care for acute illnesses and chronic conditions
• Perform preventive care visits, biometric screenings, and health coaching
• Conduct well-woman exams (required experience)
• Manage minor behavioral health concerns
• Evaluate and manage occupational health and workers' compensation cases
• Promote wellness and disease prevention through patient education

• Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
• Active New Jersey NP license
• Active DEA registration required
• Minimum 2 years of FNP experience (excluding clinical rotations)
• Primary care experience within the last 2 years required
• BLS certification required
• DOT certification preferred but not required
